I picked this book up prior to realizing that it was required reading for one of my teaching courses. An easy to follow, straight-forward, and motivating text. The Wongs provide plenty of real-world examples of how their various classroom management procedures can be implemented in the classroom and in the school at large. I’ve already started to create my own classroom management tool kit and binder thanks to this helpful book. An extremely thorough guide to procedures, rules, objectives and assessments for teachers of any grade in any school. Plenty of anecdotes and inspiration to back up the methods.
