You do not need ten more AI tabs. You need to know what level you are on.

Zarif Ahmed started with one AI chat. Then he moved the helper into his computer. One worker became many. Claude met Codex. A manager learned how to route the work. At last, Zarif could steer the fleet from his phone.

The climb was useful. It was also messy.

In this plain-English playbook, you will see what changed at every level, what broke, and what made the next step safe. You will score one real work loop in your business. You will pick one upgrade you can finish now. Then you will build a 90-day road map toward an AI team you can run without standing over it all day.

Inside, you will learn how to:

Find your current AI level from 0 to 4.
Sort work into Run, Review, and Never.
Choose the right AI worker and the right work path.
Build a small AI org chart with clear jobs.
Cut the interrupt load that grows with too many agents.
Catch green lights that hide a failed result.
Test a reboot, a failure, and an alert before you trust the system.
Keep people in charge of money, public sends, legal acts, private data, and hard-to-undo moves.

God Mode is not Perfect Mode. It means you steer by intent, the system routes the work, and you do not have to stand over the fleet to know what happened.
