I actually think I need to own this now after borrowing it from the library so often. Each time it’s a new deep dive and I find myself adding small steps into my daily life which always improve things. Anthony does reiterate things over snd over but I think that helps with how things can sink in! Interesting perspective on many diseases, I’m trying the cleanse and I love the recipes and believe it or not, my husband loves the recipes too and doesn’t even realize they are from this book or he’d never eat them.
